Our Process

Our whiskey barrels arrive whole just a few weeks after dumping their wonderful cargo.  The staves and barrel heads then undergo months of drying, sanding, staining and sealing to be worthy of hanging on your wall.  Our shelves will each comfortably hold 12-16 bottles.  The staves are 30" wide with about 25" of interior shelf space on each level - total height is around 19".  The lower level will easily fit taller bottles (EH Taylor & Eagle Rare).
